Alvin also created a Google certified mobile advertising server company, (www.mobileads.com) which served major brands like Softbank, P&G and PizzHut. The company went on to win the Best international Tech Startup by The Guardian in 2014.

 

Peter Kua, Cofounder

Peter Kua is currently Head of Data Science and Analytics in Media Prima Digital. His responsibilities include finding ways data can be used as a competitive advantage as well as identifying new business opportunities with data.

He was instrumental in driving the National Big Data Analytics Initiative under the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in the areas of thought leadership and industry development.

Peter’s core professional strengths include data science and big data strategies, web development and project management. His industry experience includes the media, internet, manufacturing, FMCG, e-learning and agriculture.

 

April Cheong, Cofounder
Digital Technologist / SEO Specialist / Project Manager

April Cheong is a digital technologist who has been involved in multiple tech startups in Malaysia. He’s been leading the product development of MobileAds.com (Google certified mobile advertising company) and O2Oplatform.com (Online-to-offline O2O commerce platform). His project management knowledge and skill set made him a true pillar during the Development process.

Being in the digital marketing industry since 2011, he is adept in both marketing and advertising technologies. Built and ran sophisticated digital marketing campaigns with big brands in Southeast Asia, Japan, and the US.

April is also technically proficient and down to earth. Beyond his role, he is ready to provide a helping hand wherever necessary.

 

Serguei Netessine, Investor & Advisor

Serguei Netessine is Vice-Dean for Global Initiatives and Dhirubhai Ambani Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Operations, Information and Decisions Department at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He lived and worked in Russia, USA, France and Singapore.

Prof. Netessine received BS/MS degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology and, after working for Motorola and Lucent Technologies, he also received MS/Ph.D. degrees in Operations Management from the University of Rochester. His current research focuses on business model innovation and operational excellence and he worked on these topics with numerous government and Fortune-500 organizations including Federal Aviation Administration (USA), Government of Singapore, Lockheed Martin, Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Rolls Royce, Comcast, Expedia, ABB and US Air Force.

He serves on advisory boards of multiple startup companies and he is an active angel investor. Prof. Netessine also regularly participates in industry and government-organized forums on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, including World Economic Forum in Davos and World Knowledge Forum in Seoul. He was a member of the “Future of the Economy” committee for Singapore Government. He is a founding member of the Network for Responsible Research in Business and Management.
